Using the Potrivo platform means accepting these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing orders.

1. Pricing and Payment Methods

Prices displayed on the site are final DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) prices, which include shipping, customs duties and VAT. No additional payments are required at delivery. Payment is made through secure online methods.

2. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed by email and through platform notifications. After confirmation, the sourcing and delivery process begins. Cancellation of orders after confirmation is possible only under certain conditions, under the law.

3. Delivery and Delays

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on order volume, supplier availability and external circumstances. Potrivo is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (weather, war, customs restrictions, etc.).

4. Returns and Warranty

You benefit from a 14-day return guarantee under EU law. Quality warranty is 24 months for manufacturing-defective parts. Detailed conditions can be found on the Returns and Warranty page.

5. Liability

Potrivo ensures that distributed parts are compatible with the indicated vehicles. However, the user is responsible for verifying the final compatibility of the part with their vehicle. Potrivo is not responsible for incorrect use of parts.

6. Confidentiality and Personal Data

Personal data is protected under GDPR. Our privacy policy can be found on the Privacy page. We do not sell or distribute your data to third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

Potrivo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this site at least 7 days before coming into effect.

8. Applicable Law

Any dispute related to the use of the Potrivo platform will be resolved under Romanian law, with recourse to competent courts.
